Two-Stage Filtration
The UltraLux Water Machine uses a two-stage filtration process to improve water quality. The first stage is a carbon composite filter, designed to reduce particulates, sludge, colloids, suspended matter, and some heavy metals. The water then moves to the second stage, where it passes through a reverse osmosis membrane filter. This filtration method forces water through a semipermeable membrane, allowing water to pass while trapping contaminants and impurities. Afterward, the water undergoes a post-activated carbon filtration stage to further reduce contaminants like chlorine, total organic carbon, and volatile organic chemicals.
Self-Cleaning with UVC
The UltraLux Water Machine features an advanced UVC cleaning technology that helps maintain the efficiency of the system. UVC light is used to help reduce contaminants on the RO membrane during the filtration process, ensuring optimal performance with lower maintenance needs. The UVC light activates every time water passes through the RO membrane.
Long-Lasting Filter Life
Both filters are designed for extended durability. The machine also includes an internal filter tracker that will notify you when it's time for a replacement. The carbon composite filter (CBPA) can last up to 1 year or 2000 gallons of water before needing replacement. The reverse osmosis (RO) membrane filter (ROCB) can last up to 2 years or 1000 gallons of water before requiring replacement.
Easy Filter Replacement Design
Both filters are designed for effortless removal. Simply unscrew the filters from the top of the machine, then lift them out for easy replacement.
Hydrogen Electrolysis
